Usually the appointments we take by calling the Hospital directly and at times it takes longer to get in touch with the required person. (kept on hold for long). This may be the lunch timings. But surely we can try to directly book an appointment from quikwell website which works very well. So thank you!
Visited For HeadacheCoughing
consulted for headache and cough. Doc takes very lightly and discuss casually. Sometimes it helps to relax your mind and get out of panic situation. Doctor can try alternate medicines when we multiple visits made for same problem.
We went with a medical report (routine checkup - lipid profile, cbc count, sugar, vitamin profile, liver, kidney etc) higlighting some deviations from the normal reference range for each test performed. However, the doctor not only refused to see reports but called them "bakwas". He said why we went for such tests and that were made "bakra" by marketing companies. HE SAID HE LOOKS PATIENT ONLY IF THEY HAVE PROBLEM AND NOT REPORTS . Upon insistence to have a look he advised active lifestyle and less protien diet. My reports mentioned severe vitamin D deficiency, high TSH levels and increased uric acid along with high cholestrol. Upon saying that I take whey protien supplements for gymming he is questiining who told u to do gymming and asked if i am a software professional. When I argued about why tests were conducted and my disposition towards bodybuilding he angrily wrote a list of medicines and says this it it what u want.
Genuine feedback - this doctor seems biased and doesnot want to look outside conventional ways of seeing things. He is arrogant and uses inappropriate words. A person with 26 experince should be polite and open to patients thinking and problems. He believes what he thinks is best and rest is rubbish.

Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
I was suggested to go for few tests by Dr. Shilpa of Narayana Whitefield, when I went to show the reports she was not available so the administration assigned me Dr. Murali Mohan.
He simply denied to see my reports and talked very impolitely and unprofessionally. In same hospital, he did not want to see. Then he started asking irrelevant questions, like are you a techie? where do you work? which is no where related. I told him that, its your administration who assigned you to see my reports and I have paid for it. When I showed him the reports he said - "Bakwas". Really which professional doctor says words like this to patients.
He seemed to be an irritated, egoist and a negative man. I won't suggest any one to visit him.
I wonder how Narayana Health, such a big and valued hospital employs a doctor like him. It does not only breaks the trust of people from a respetced hospital like Narayana but also make them sure that no one in their circle or known ones ever visit the hospital.
Though the administration was supportive, I escalated this issue and they have registered a complaint against this doctor and refunded back my consultation charges.
But overall, I had very bad experience.
Visited For Fever
The Dr. is always in angry mood... it may be due to his old age or ego of his knowledge. He is not ready listen, or tell anything, only write all posiible medicines and will not tell any thing. A very strange personality. He dont have any quality to eb a Dr and taking money from patients i the name of consulting. Totally worthless.

Wonderful doctor. Very friendly and approachable. He found the issue but still referred to Orthopaedic doctor. But, did not charge at all. Very generous. Hats off.
