Visited the doctor for annual health checkup consultation and he explained the concerned issue well and suggested to do new blood check up for few indicators to see if the previous report were inaccurate and said after the report comes I can contact him and he would suggest medication if needed but the Staff did not connect me to the doctor after receiving the blood report despite calling twice and avoided me saying thier are other patients waiting. Kind of rude and impolite behaviour from the Staff even after speaking kindly and waiting patiently for the response.

I was given the appointment for 01:45pm and I reached before time with my family. At reception, staff told me to wait and I am in the queue after 2 patients. I waited till 0215pm and staff was eager to send 2 more patients in addition to 2 patients. When I asked, she was not able to help me and were making the things. I had to leave after waiting for 30min without consultation since I had another plan. Staff needs to be more active, should give true information so patients can manage their own schedule accordingly and refrain from unwanted waiting time.

I have consulted Dr. Shivaram for health issue, he has always been patient and gave enough time to listen to the issue and suggest necessary medications. He has made himself available at anytime to clarify and resolve the queries and concerns even during his busy schedules. He is a very kind, empathetic *** ************* ****** *** a wonderful human. He puts me at ease and makes me smile which is a great medicine itself. Although, I am still being treated, I am sure I can recover soon as the Doctor always encourages me to get better and push myself forward. He has saved my life and will forever be indebted to him.
