She was extremely patient, polite and warm and this made my mother very comfortable. She would always make it a point to clarify any doubts and also kept checking on my mother's pain improvement. Kritika really helped my father after he suffered from brain fever. He wasn't able to stand, walk or get up from bed. She tailored the exercises based on his condition which brought about a huge improvement and in 6 months, he could stand, take small steps and get up from his place with some help. She has been very patient, punctual and professional.
