I visited chaitanya hospital for getting treatment for one of our family member........... very unpleasant experience I had here because of 3 reasons....... and this is not related to this particular doctor (Dr. Geeta Patil) but to the bad experience I had in Chaitanya nursing home which I guess is run by her..... and I want ppl to know so that they dont go there at any cost
First my family member was told to go for a blood test for a whooping 1500 Rs and a lot of blood was taken out from her although she was very weak..... *** **** **** ***** ****** *** *** **** ************** ***** * ******** ********..
2nd bad experience: my patient was out of my sight and to check where she is, I went inside the room where I took her initially, but my patient was not there .... instead a clinic staff was there and she was just combing her hair and nothing else and even the door was open so how would I know my patient is not there and I am not supposed to enter that room..... that was the consultation room I had visited... but that staff, she got very aggressive and arrogant..... although I was not at fault but I kept saying sorry, but that insensitive staff kept on blasting me, without realising that I was myself so much tensed....
3rd bad experience: they have a medical store in the nursing home itself and I was told to buy some medicine worth Rs. 701/- as far as I remember..... I didn't have change and I asked the store person to either give change or take 1 Rs. less and I will give that 1 Re after some time since I stay in that area only..... to the the store person of that nursing home said very rudely, I know how sincere u r to give that 1 Rs..... no one comes to give that....... I was shocked... and when I tried to talk to the owner of the nursing home (who I guess was someone called Mr. Patil), he said he will come in 5 minutes but he never came.......
Why will I go again to this clinic where they dont treat ppl properly and the owner is not bothered about complaints and unnecessary blood test is done where lost of blood and money is to be beared by public
and MR Patil, plz do not call me coz last time I was eager to talk to u to tell u about your bad service but u didnt bother to hear me.... so this time, I dont have time
Very pathetic!!!!!!!
Took my 5yo to her while she was vomiting and jus had given up on her food
The doctor suggested her 3 meds every meds to treat a different symptom, and checked us through if we have insurance etc, later she mentioned we have to get her admitted and she suspected covid test, blood culture and what not.*** **** *** ** ******** ***** ** ************ ********* ** **** *** ******** ***** * **** ** ****** *** *** *** **** **** *** *** **** ** ************** ****** ********* *** **** ****** ******* **** ****** ** ********
