Yesterday I dared to struggle. Today I dare to win. :p

Though the above is simplistic to say, those who repeatedly struggle and fail often find it hard to stay motivated.

I was struggling through life very close to yield myself to the notion of defeat.

I sought a counsellor's help to help me out through the trouble times though I initially thought it was not a good idea because I, along with others never gave such ideas importance in life.

** Chaitra ma'am is a very easy person to speak to and she created a safe space for me to convey all my problems without feeling any awkwardness.

After a handful of sessions, I was again motivated, the negative thoughts which have disseminated for long slowly started to disappear.

I was again back on track at the helm of my life, and I pursued my goals again. Now after a year, I have achieved what I have initially aimed for. She has a firm grip on her subject & provides good suggestions. I would definitely recommend her services in terms of quality and result orientation. You can definitely rely on her.

After moving from therapist to therapist for past 4 years and feeling misunderstood, I finally connected with Shruti ma'am. Everything she has equipped me with has actually been helpful and easy to apply. I have been trained on tools for mood regulations multiple times but it was never as effective. She broke the steps down to miniscule doable things that are effective and easy to practice. She understands the issues, gives a realistic spin, and has taught me to be more caring towards myself - all this in less than 4 sessions. I know I have a lot to learn but I am sure that I finally have someone who will help me climb the mountain one step at a time. With her there is no judgement, I can be true to who I am because, as she says, I am continuously improving and that is what matters.

One of the incidents that stands out and is testimonial to her personal interest in me is when I overslept one day and instead of just cancelling the session without a refund, she rescheduled it. Without any qualms. It has never happened before. Therapists cancel and in some instances have been outright rude for missing sessions. With someone on meds, it is easy to oversleep. She told me not to feel guilty about missing my session for sleeping in longer. :) ❤

Chaitra has been helping me since the beginning of 2020. She tailored therapy according to my needs, and I have found this extremely helpful. I find that her individualisation of therapy is a great method as each person is different. She provides a safe and calm space for healing and I have seen tremendous growth in myself ever since I have consulted her. She has been consulting over video call recently due to the pandemic - I really appreciate this as therapy is still being continued and I am not being left alone during this time. She always makes time for me to speak my mind and is a great listener, as whenever I talk about my irrational thoughts she allows me that time and space to vent, and guides me in finding ways to cope with these. Being someone who was reluctant about seeing a therapist for many reasons, I truly found a sense of comfort with Chaitra. She was so accommodating right from the very first session. Her ability to break things down and help you navigate through your problems is truly unmatched. She is incredibly patient and never fails to listen to you keenly. Chaitra Ma’am is the most sweetest person I’ve ever come across both as a therapist and a human being. She is very patient and calm about understanding your problems. It’s been over a year now with Ma’am and I’ve seen significant improvement in my ways of coping with my anxiety disorder. Ma’am has taught me different techniques for each of my anxiety triggers and ways to deal with them. Ma’am’s way of approaching a problem is very detailed and specific. She’ll make sure you find your answer for it. Each session with her is very insightful and self-reflective where you get to learn so much about yourself. I would surely recommend Dr.Shruthi. she is amazing. She has really helped me face my deep seated traumas, opinions , judgements etc that i never thought were affecting my existence.
