I can understand your situation. It had been really an irresponsible attitude shown by the hospital and it's staff. They should value both patient's and doctor's time. Being on off, due to festival, I had no clue about what had happened.May be being a holiday, they must have been understaffed and u were not dealt by the right person. Hospital should show better transparency in their communication. But I also feel, posting hospital's feedback here, would be of no use as Practo doesn't deal with hospitals.
