My experience with Dr. Ruchika has been exceptionally well as I had severe pain in the right side of my neck going towards my right shoulder to the right arm and going till the numbness in my right hand thumb. She told me in the beginning that these kind of issues take 2-3 month in total to heal completely but require only 5-6 sessions of regular physiotherapy and any session after that will only be if I feel there’s any emergency and the rest of the job will be done by regular exercises at home and correct posture. Her behaviour towards the patients is to properly cure them and guide them well with the right guidance without focusing only on the personal gains which is a very rare quality you find with the doctors these days. I started seeing some improvement from the 2nd day itself and it’s almost a month today since my 1st visit to Dr. Ruchika and I feel a huge improvement in my condition and I can’t thank her enough for treating me and helping me the way she has.

She can quickly identify the problems and she explains the treatments to be done to patients in depth. Another good thing to note down here she adjust her clinic timings as per patients convenience. This really helps patients a lot.

I took sessions for my Dad's frozen shoulder, with just first sitting his arm's movement increased by almost 70 percent. She is very polite and friendly with her patients. She taught him some basic excercises to continue at home as well. I am glad that we visited her.
