The White Elephant is a space created with an intention of refining the health and the way disease has been perceived till date.The white elephant, is a space where:One can be themselves without the fear of being judged. One can explore what feeling safe really feels like.One can explore their inner strength and power to be who they want to be.And not to forget what being healthy actually feels like.Healthy not just in one aspect but mentally, physically and spiritually.This space provides various alternate therapies that one can explore to find health or work through any condition, with none or minimum invasive techniques which hold the belief that the body needs just support and facilitation to bring the original health to work to fight any condition or disease that the body holds home to. The body has an innate intelligence that helps the body repair and our aim is to enhance this power of the body though various therapies we provide here.The idea of the centre and our team here is to not focus on the condition or the disease, but the body on the whole and build its capacity to fight the condition by itself.Working on the symptom or just the area affected will give you relief for a while or longer.But when we work on the entire system, the body will be able to fight any condition from the roots and not just the symptom.

Dr. Himanshu & Pooja are very friendly, ************** *** *** ********* ** ********** They spend a good amount of time getting to know the patient personally and understand what they need help with. They are very polite and warm people.
I had been to the clinic as I fell down the stairs and injured my lower back/gluts quite badly. I was unable to sit down/stand up/lie down comfortably. The fall was so unexpected and hence there was quite a bit of shock, fear, and trauma within. Within just minutes of meeting him, he was able to help me feel more relaxed and grounded. I could feel the tension in my muscles and lower back free up and I became more comfortable. During the osteopathy/CranioSacral Therapy session, he always checked on me for my level of comfort and pain. I felt very confident and safe with him. In a couple of sessions, I see significant relief in my back pain, stiffness is gone and I am able to move around, sit, stand, lie down more comfortably.
I have also been to this clinic before a few times for my father who is 82 years old. He helped him get relief from certain emotions that were held up for a long time causing pain in his back, neck, and shoulders. Hi I can’t thank enough both Pooja and Himanshu for their patience and definitely the treatment.
Both of them are amazing in their own ways. From the first session where it was difficult for me to even speak to the last one it’s been a great journey. Therapy is still a ‘taboo’ for a lot of us. I can promise you that they really make it easy for anyone to open up with his or her problem.
Also a special mention to Sneha for she made me realise things which I could have never in my entire life time.

The doctor communicates very well.He delves into your mind...n helps you know what is troubling you..I should say ..his extra sensory perception is excellent..
I am saying this because...at last ...I have a doctor who found out the root cause of my arthritis...n all the pain I have undergone all these..30 odd years...
