I’ve been a patient of Dr. Siju’s for the last 8 months where he has helped me with saving 2 teeth which had already been RCT treated twice before but continued to flare up. Dentists outside the country had refused to do an RCT on these again and had recommended extraction. Additionally he made every effort to save another tooth that had been previously RCT treated by another dentist however had developed a severe infection due to a poor job done.

Dr Siju is truly a specialist in his craft and that comes through from the minute you meet him and as he discusses treatment options. He uses a microscope to perform the procedure and as a result can treat the tooth with minimal damage to the structure and he has also been able to locate and treat canals that other doctors have missed previously. But even beyond the procedure, he goes above and beyond to take personal care of his patients. I live outside the country and needed to frequently reach out to him during the course of the treatment and he would respond very quickly despite the time differences.

Word of recommendation, if you’re ever told you need an RCT done please just have Dr Siju do it in the first instance. It will save you a world of pain and a whole lot of money years later when you’ll need to go to him anyway.

Dr Siju Jacob has surpassed my expectations on several levels. I had two failed root canal treatments in India and the UK. The dentist in the UK told me his treatment had failed and the only option left was surgery. I refused to accept this and travelled to Bangalore to see Dr Siju. I have spent one month here and I am relieved and overjoyed that my treatment is complete, with no surgery or any harsh treatment. Dr Siju’s team - Dr Ashwini and Dr Justin Jacob have also helped me through this stressful time. I have met Dr Justin twice , he is knowledgeable, kind and gentle. All staff from the receptionist to the dental assistants are polite, polished and professional. Well done The Root Canal Clinic.

I have had a wide experience of dentists in Bangalore over the last 14 years and I must say that Dr. Ashwini Dessai is the most polite, patient and professional dentist I have come across. Many other proffesionals in her field feel the need to paint the grimmest possible picture of their patient's teeth with the intention of scarying them into agreeing to expensive and sometimes unneceassy treatment. But Dr. Ashwini and her superior Dr. Ritu Jacob are sincere and honest in their analysis and advice. Other dentists in the city can and should learn from them. In comparison, I am shocked and dismayed at the appalling attitude and behaviour of dentists at so-called reputed hospitals and clinics across Bangalore. Keep up the good work Dr. Ashwini and Dr. Ritu!

I like Dr. Siju’s demeanour… he very patiently listens to your symptoms…. explains the procedure and line of treatment, implications & the possible side effects to expect….is very methodical and professional, his clinic is very clean which is very appealing… very good experience….
