I have been visiting Dr. Archhana Mam since many years and the way she treats us in person is the same from beginning till date. She makes us so comfortable, where we can share our concerns without any hesitation.

She clearly explains the exact cause and prescribes us the best treatment based on our skin/hair.

Staff: The staff here is so friendly and are well-trained.

Location: One can easily find the clinic through google maps.

Through my personal experience and consulting here for years I would definitely recommend Dr. Archhana for all your skin/hair issues. It's worth visiting here.

Most unprofessional behavior starting from the staff to the doctor herself.

I read the good reviews on Practo and went there and here is what happened - I had an appointment at 1pm and I was made to wait for 45 minutes till I was let in, so this so called "rule" of theirs to have an prior appointment is of ZERO worth.

- After I was let in, my mask had just slid down a bit due to my spectacles but my nostrils were nowhere exposed, the doctor so unprofessionally made sarcastic remarks about me, spoke rudely and made me lose my cool, she made comments on her experience etc. which were unnecessary. At one point I was ready to walk away.

- After telling her to let it go more 5 or 6 times and asking her is she was anywhere interested to listen to my concern and when I started blabbering my concerns (only with the respect that she is a doctor) she was forced to listen to me. She did prescribe medicines and explain it to me

- She did get her staff head to apologize for the heck of it.

After all the mismanagement from their side, when my husband told the staff that we would review on google and not let this happen to others, the staff without hesitation calls me after a couple of hours to apologize and say not to post on Google.

Overall, a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who wants to be peacefully treated.

The wait time to see the doctor is extremely long. Especially if you’re a working person, it’s almost impossible to accommodate the appointment on a normal day.

Personally I found the doctor to rush in with the appointments and a bit unclear with the path we’re headed. So I find myself stuck at the moment.

I really hoped for better, after judging from Practo ratings.

Dr Archana Madam is very friendly and suggests you the remedy for it after asking questions about your new eating patterns, food habits and asks you what might be the reasons for it, this is my first time at tatva , I had visited tatva , as I had the problem of red bumps appearing for a couple of weeks and said the same thing to madam, finally madam has suggested me some tablets and a lotion, which would reduce the symptoms and has told me to meet madam after a period of 15 days.
