Doctor is not friendly. Just gave the medicine. She didnt tell us the root cause of the issue or to how to avoid that in future.

we had to wait for a while and I had to keep following up for a response. finally, when we met, I did not feel like enough time or thought was given on the issue. there was no assurance. she was not pleasant and sounded distracted. even the prescription was delayed. not sure if it has been shared at all as I had to remind her. not a great experience at all. will not recommend for an in clinic and certainty a big no for video consultation!!
