I've been working with Trina to resolve issues related to my depression and anxiety for more than six months. Honestly, I could not have found a better counsellor to help me through this rough phase in my life. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself, encourages you to be more self-aware and diligently keeps track of your progress. What I really like about working with Trina is that she helps you look at yourself and your own behaviours as much as the situations you are in - and this is very important as it helped me build more reflexive practices.

Ms. Banerjee has the ability to make the client feel at ease and is inclusive in that she encourages the client to see therapy as a collaborative process. She does not patronise or talk down and uses language that is accessible. She is incredibly patient and non-judgmental. She provides a safe space in which to address concerns, and is very respectful of the client's autonomy.
