Dr Sowmya was very friendly and considerate, I was very apprehensive about the pain and she took all efforts to make me feel at ease. The procedure in itself was not much painful, but in the following days where there was pain, Dr Sowmya followed up with me regularly and encouraged me to ask any questions and answered them all patiently.
