Something not correct here. Visited first time. I was not given the report till I have been intelligently asked to first replace my power glasses in his clinic . **** ***** ***** ***** **** ** *** ****** * ********* ***** ******** * **** ** ** ***** * So my basic question —- why I can’t just get the report , it’s upto customer from where he can buy the lenses.
And why I have to go 3 times for a normal eye check up . And the most important one , no receipt for the lenses that I bought with all false excuses like machine not working , sales guy not there for next 1-2 hour . I never had such bad experience with any clinic before

The doctor was really helpful but he prescribed me eye drop which I purchased in his clinic only. After coming home I opened an eye drop bottle it was totally empty. When I called the clinic the next morning Doctor assistant was very rude to me that you should have checked the seal. He started blaming me and disconnected the call. Again I called to check for my refund and the best part is that they don't use Paytm and no card swipe machine.

Very friendly person and he handled my 2 yr old very well!! Wait time was reasonable. Staff were friendly.
