I first visited early in 2018 when I was dealing with a lot of personal issues in my life and I didn't really know what to expect from therapy. I had my inhibitions about it and was very skeptical at first. But just after the very first session, I learnt more about myself and my coping mechanisms than I thought was possible. Over the next year and couple of months, I have relied on these sessions to help myself get better at dealing with anxiety, depression, self-image issues, relationships and almost everything else under the sun. I'd highly recommend her for everyone, but especially people who are in creative fields as she can be especially helpful for people like me. I will be visiting again soon. Thank you for changing my life :)
