I was struggling with triceps tendonitis and tennis elbow issues for almost 4 months because of overuse injury (badminton and gym). I visited multiple physios and underwent IFT and Ultrasound sessions to no avail. There came a point where I was hardly able to lift a water bottle. I then reached out to Dr. Vrushali based on a friend's referral . She did the initial assessment and explained the issues in detail and course of treatment that we will take, including multiple muscle release and strengthening sessions. Though it took much longer to heal than expected due to some of the root causes of the pain being a chronic issue, I finally got rid of the pinching pain in my tendon and tennis elbow area and I am now happily able to lift weights in the gym again. Thanks to Dr. Vrushali, Dr. Ramya and the team to help me with the whole recovery process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vrushali to anyone in Bangalore who needs to undergo PT. Especially for ppl with chronic issues, it worth the long trip even if the place is too far from your home.

My mri reports says that i have cervical slip disc(c6-c7). This itself was like a big trauma for me mentally as i m still young, 32 years. I had carried the pain for 10years in my left sacral joint restraining me from functioning normally from age 19 to 29..went to many physiotherapist and orthopaedics but to no relief.I searched for the best physiotherapist in internet in Bengaluru and i came across Dr.Vrushali. Dr Vrushali does her diagnosis consultation in a very diligent manner . She does complete analysis the problem of the patient and makes sure she identifies the issue accurately. She also explains the issue and the treatment to the patient in a very clear manner . Infact she even shows pictures and models to educate on the problem. *** ********* **** *** **** **** ********* *** I could feel the improvement over time on taking them and doing the exercises.Would strongly recommend her for anyone who needs physiotherapy.

Great experience with the doctor.i had visited for my mother's neck muscle and hand joint pain.Her diagnosis was proper and very much informative.She explained the issue very clearly.My mother was not even rotate her hand properly before.After 6-7 sessions she is not at all feeling any pain ,can do her day to day work without any hassle.Behaviourwise she is friendly and professionally she is strict which is needed.Thank you Mam for curing my mother.I would really recommend everyone to visit her if you are recommended for physiotherapy by doctor.

I sprained a muscle in my right calf so badly that I couldn't use my right leg or put any weight on it, and was in terrible pain. When I visited Dr Vrusali Raut's clinic, she listened carefully and was able to diagnose and isolate the sprained muscle almost immediately. She explained every step of her treatment process and why it was necessary, which was quite helpful. The treatment she provided was very thorough and extremely effective. I was actually able to walk out of her clinic an hour later. She promised me the pain would subside within a couple of days, and indeed it did.
