Dr Arthur is **** ************** articulate and has an excellent manner with which he explains the problem, the treatment and puts the patient at ease. He always explains what he is about to do during a procedure so the patient is comfortable, both mentally and physically. I was also very impressed with the safety protocols in place at his clinic to ensure an absolutely sanitised environment.
