I have had multiple sessions with Dr. Priyanka and she has helped me a lot. I have been struggling with anxiety since a long time but I always felt like there is something more going on with me. I have consulted many doctors in the past but no one could give me a proper psychological diagnosis like Dr.Priyanka. She gave me a very clear and accurate scientific diagnosis and explained all the ways to solve the issues methodically. I was in great distress about a very important decision of my life and she helped me by guiding me in a very scientific and organised way to be clear about that decision and that really helped me instantly! •At first you might feel reluctant towards some therapies but if you do your part of following, you will get results.

She was sincere towards myself.. She gave me enough time when I want. She always encouraged me to do any work in proper way. She advised me for doing activity scheduling so that I could do the work in routine manner. She was very friendly while talking to me. She was punctual and apply different strategies while treating me so that I could recover in very short time period. She acted like a guider instructor and teacher and gave me precious time.. Now m good by health.. And m very lucky that m under observation of such a great doctor.. Thanks a lot!!!!

I was suffering from depression since past 20 years. Visited so many psychiatrists and psychologists before visiting Priyanka mam. Parallely my meds were being monitored by Dr. Ravi Prakash. Mam started therapy sessions which were talk based initially. But later on she started giving me some home works to do. The home works and talk sessions helped me immensely in learning the skills for coping low moods, solving the day to day problems and trying to get happiness even in adverse circumstances. It has been 4 months of therapy now and I m experiencing strongly empowered mentally. I'm doing good in all fronts of my life. It was a fully scientific approach. Thank you so much mam.

Priyanka Ma'am was able to help me think through a lot of thoughts that made me feel extremely stuck at the time. She was always polite and never judged me. It’s not a quick fix but with the will to put in mechanisms that maam gave me and realisations that I was able to have through therapy, I am doing much better now and am able to cope with my anxiety and depression a lot better. I believe the whole experience was new to me as this was my first interaction with a counselor. She was extremely understanding throughout and approached my issues in a way that made me feel heard as she understood the mechanics of my thought process. I will definitely contact her again in the future if I feel I need to reach out again.

Dr Ravi Prakash is my favourite doctor since he is honest in his words, ** ******* **** ****** ********* **** ***** *******. Many patients misunderstand him and those patients don't deserve an honest doctor like him. I come back to him again and again because I have seen so many other doctors who are not as smart as Dr Ravi. Dr Ravi is smart to the point, and in very short time gets to the root of the problem and then wants the patient to understand the problem and behave mature to recover. He doesn't spoon feed mature people and that's his best quality. He guides and gives the right direction and those who really want to recover can easy do that with his help. Thanks doctor Prakash for all your support. He also charges very minimal compared to others.

I don't know where to start coz I m running out of words and I can't just explain how good Dr.Ravi Prakash is, *** **** ************ * **** *** ** ** **** **** ***** I have been battling with BPD and depression for last 4 years n was running from one doc to another but there was no relief and then one of my good friends recommended dr.Ravi Prakash,insisted me to meet him at least once n the I decided n this turned out to be one of the best decisions in my life. Had Marital issues that resulted in sleepless nights and visited Dr.Priyanka within 2 days of this issue. Dr. Priyanka helped me in resolving the sleeplessness issue in less than 2 therapy sessions. Through Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfullness, Stress management, Emotion regulations etc.

She was very patient in hearing and understanding all of my stories of my entire life and offered me thoughtful suggestions. I was able to talk my mind and believe me she never judged me!

She suggested writing the thought diary, fabulous four which helps in identifying predominant emotions and what we enjoy doing. Her unwavering support by being available on call when it was urgent helped me to set boundaries and resolved an issue that I was going through from my childhood.

In my very first interaction with ma'am , she pointed out one of my major issues in my thinking. She patiently listens to everything I have to say and tries to understand my life wholly and gives therapy sessions. I didn't have the motivation to work on the exercises either back then but she was an anchor who made me do them . I remember her even calling me outside therapy sessions time to check on my progress. Kudos to her dedication . As a person , she is very kind , empathetic , and an extremely helpful human . She not just helped me with therapy but also gave some practical outside world advices and showed directions to help me tackle my problems . I would call her without pre scheduling an appointment sometimes when I was in distress and she would still somehow make some time available to me out of her hectic schedule . She has an unparalleled connection and dedication to her patients . I am extremely grateful to have crossed paths with mam and to receive therapy from her . Personally , I feel therapy is not just for clinically diagnosed patients but even for those going through stress , difficult times , confusion or directionless in life , balancing personality traits and I highly suggest visiting for any such issues and to live contently and own your life .

First n for most he is more like a friend during his conversation to Handel my anxiety disorder I met him for my anxiety disorder n for the IBS caused a indigestion very often , he handled in such way that every example he gave was apt, however it’s my first time getting treated with him , I’m on medication I feel more better than what I was goin through , looking forward to become alright by his treatment...he is very friendly to the patient and he is very open minded he will listen your problem carefully ..Dr Ravi prakash The Doctor is very friendly and easily gets into the root cause if the problem and provided very good counciling and i will definitely recommend for any kind of mental illness...
