I went to the doctor with an eye irritation, reddishness and continuous watering. I told the doctor that I felt like something was stuck in my eye, like a dust particle or something. The doctor examined my eye and gave me a couple of eye drops and told me that there is no foreign particle present. She asked me to use the eye drops and come back in case it doesn't feel better.

I came home, used the eye drops as prescribed but the irritation didn't stop, neither did the watering. Next morning, the same thing continued. I felt like something was stuck below my eyelid and so I tried to lift my eyelid and clean up and guess what! that stopped the irritation and the watering. It so happens that a dust particle was indeed stuck below my eyelid and got removed when I decided to clean up the area below my eyelid.

So what I am trying to say is that, although the doctor did check my eye, she didn't check it thoroughly. I am using the medicines prescribed to recover from the affects caused due to the irritation *** *** ****** **** ** **** *** **** ***** ** *** ********

Regarding appointment with Practo, Doctor acknowledges the practo patient as per their booking. There were four appointments as per the records when I reached but since I booked for appointment at 6:30pm, she ensured to give priority to advanced booking through Practo rather than walk-in consultation.

Regarding my checkup : Wanted to re-confirm my power as I had confusion about earlier check-up with different doctor. Doctor was polite, patient in hearing the concern. Best part is, I dont know anything about eye power and since I had very minor power of -0.25 she assured me its not a concern at all, that relieved me big time. Also she helped me with drops for minor infection which I was not aware of. Thanks.

It was good experience, I had eye infection, doctor checked my eye properly and suggested proper medication. After 2 to 3 days of first visit, i felt some thing irregular because of infection is there in cornea , i immediately called doctor, she responded and asked me to visit. She again checked and suggested one more medication and did follow up check up again after 3 days. Every time i visited, doctor puts her best effort when examining. She's polite, calm and has best doctors quality is listening to patient.

My eye infection is almost cured, it's final stage of healing. Hope to recover to completely soon.

Dr Shubha is an angel. She can't be a human being. I visited lot of doctors across Bangalore and India and wasted money as all of them were not satisfactory. But I visited Navashakti Netralaya and wow, I was directed to this doctor And she did wonders. I recommend her for eye related issues.

The clinic was neat and clean. As it was a Sunday there was no queue. However the communication seems to be slow. The front desk people hadn't received or perhaps hadn't checked their email and so they didn't know I had a confirmed appointment. I had to show them my message received from Practo and convince them that there was in fact an appointment and the doctor would be coming in. If someone less assertive had been there, they would have convinced us to come back the next day without even bothering to check their mail or whatever system communicates that an appointment has been made at their clinic. At the very least they could have immediately called the doctor to clarify but they didn't do that either.They were quite polite and pleasant, just not very helpful.

Such a great experience. Very friendly, compassionate and professional doctor. Respect others time too. Booked the first slot for 6:30 pm & doc was available. I never seen a punctual doc till that day. Took all the time to go over my questions. Received invoice and clinical notes through mail for future reference. Do not sell her opinion. Just gave the wise advice. Thank you !!!

Found this Doctor near me through Practo. She is professional and a sincere Doctor.Took my father to her as he is a severe diabetic. Gave us mutiple appointments and did the eye checkup thoroughly. She did not sell her opinions of the matter to us but explained everything and explained the options.Totally a great Doctor! Definitely will go to her if I require it in future.

I have taken my dad for consultation for his eye. The doctor is very patient and has given very apt advice. My father was worried if it was anything serious, she checked everything and shared her observations that its not serious. My dad is very happy. Also, she did not charge anything for this consultation, she said she was running a senior citizen camp this week. Till now in my life, I have not seen a doctor so dedicated to serve patients.
