I recommend the doctor

My mom had eye problems, so I looked online for the best eye doctor. I picked My Vision Eye Clinic run by Dr. Rinku Das. Today, we went for a check-up, and Dr. Das was really nice and helpful. She was patient and friendly during the check-up, which made us feel good. The whole visit, from talking to the receptionist to seeing the doctor, went smoothly. We were in and out in 30 minutes and left happy. We need to go back often because of the eye issue. I'll definitely tell others about Dr. Rinku Das. She's great at what she does. It's important to find someone you trust when it comes to eye problems. I was worried at first, but after reading reviews and our visit, I'm confident in recommending Dr. Das. Mr Narasimha We understand that working people cannot come on weekdays and we appreciate their concern. We always tell our patients that Saturdays will be busy so waiting time will be more. And it is accepted by all my patients. Your complaint was I was rushing up with the patients. There was no rushing up to see patients. Before you there were 3 kids and a 70 year old lady to be examined. And they waited patiently for there turn to come. And I expected a young patient like you to be more understanding compared to the kids and old patients. Your complaint was a rude behaviour.There was no rude behaviour. My staffs have asked you politely to wait as there were patients before you. Monday to Fridays are less busy so you can always come for a check up . And you will not have long waiting time and less complaints. I want my patients to read these and be little patient on Saturdays and be kind to kids and old patients. Thank you

I went to visit as my eyes were itching a lot. Came to know that it is due to dry eyes. Dr. Rinku prescribed eye drops for 1 month. It’s been 2 days now n my eyes are still itching but the severity has reduced. Let’s see what happens after a month. She was very clear with the diagnosis and solution. They adhere to all norms of social distancing and sanitising the complete area.
