I booked a consultation expecting personalized dietary guidance and a practical meal structure for muscle/weight gain. However most of the advice provided during and after the consultation was very general (drink more water, avoid junk food, eat protein, sleep on time etc) *** ******* *********** ******* ****** ********* ** *** ******** *** ****** ******* *********** **** **** ****** *** ***** ***

I understand that detailed long term coaching programs may include more extensive support *** * **** *** ************ ****** ****** ****** ********** *************** ** ******* *** **** Apart from a calorie range and basic protein target, I did not receive much guidance tailored to my goals.

The nutritionist was polite and professional in communication but overall the consultation did not meet my expectations in terms of value and specificity. I also think it would help future patients if the consultation page more clearly explained what is and is not included in a standard consultation so people can make a more informed decision before booking.

I have a genuine concern with the doctor .I am surprised, has it mentioned anywhere the First consultation is just a joke.You pay 500 to get an appointment and The doctor clearly says , you would have to take my package of 1 month, 3 month 6 month, then only she can share any information .So The 500 i paid , is basically just to see the doctor / a person who is JUST listening to my problems .there is no Prescription, no guidance anywhere .When asked , what was 500 INR charged , Doc says , she has given her the time and she has to pay 400 to Practo to get patients ***** * *** * ****** ** ********* ******* **** ** *** **** * ******* ********* ** * *** ***** **** * ************ *** ********* *** **** *** ***** ********* ** ***** she clearly said you will get help when you pay me for the package *** *** * *** **** **** *** ** ***** ****** ***** **** *** *** ********Ridiculous Experience

For anybody who is looking to lose weight in a healthy manner and change your lifestyle in a healthy way, shikha is the best!! Iam a girl in my 20s who was over weight and had irregular periods.
