I've had a lot of injuries so far and doctor Abey has helped me a lot to recover from them. He's very calm and knows exactly what to do when I show up with an injury, knows all the rehab exercises, workout and even tells me how and where it effects me. I honestly find my sessions with him really fun, something I look forward to! I'm a basketball player and am training to try and go pro and everything he has done so far has really helped me become closer and closer to my goal. **** *** **** ****** ****** *****

Dr. Abey P Rajan was great help in my rehab process from a miniscule injury (due to football). The injury happened a couple of years back, but I consulted Dr. Abey once I had started feeling regular pain on my left knee.

He diagnosed the problem well. I was clear that I wanted to keep playing, so he charted out a strengthening schedule for my entire leg. He was clear from the first day on what treatment process we should take moving forward.

It's been over 2 months and I can see lot of improvement in overall strength and stability and at this point I do not have a consistent pain either. Being a sports physio, he has helped me improve my condition a lot. I have been to other therapists in Bangalore, but by far Dr. Abey has improved my condition to a level where I can play pain free.

I have had lower back ache issues for 2-3 years now. And I'm all but 27yo. This bothered me. Sneha at Insync has helped me understand the reasons, develop bodily awareness, and attacks the problem with the most relevant exercise regimen.

This could happen only because she's Extremely informed, Picks up on the slightest of your body movements - to correct them, recognise what's really going on with the body, +++ a 'you got this' attitude.

Overall - all you could ask for in a physical trainer and physiotherapist.

One and half month back , when I came to meet Dr.Sneha and Dr. Abbey for the first time, I was not able tyo walk for more than 10 minutes. That too used to very tiring as I had multiple issues related to spine, leg and knee. My leg muscles were extremely weak and were not supporting me even while standing . I used to get exhausted, feel feverish due to fatigue within an hour of getting up on the morning .

As I started my treatment with Dr Sneha, I could see the difference in my mobility, strength and endurance day by day. Today, Iam able to walk for 45 minutes at a stretch, do swimming and still feel good to do many other tasks stay fresh, meet people, go out and don't get irritated.

Dr. Sneha is very friendly in mature and explained each and every aspect of my problem to me. She knows what she has to work upon exactly and focuses on her patient at all times.
