I came in with lower back pain persisting for more than 6 months( Driving in Mumbai traffic for way too long, a desk job, 0 strength training and minimal warm up before tennis)

Highly recommended. Accurately diagnosed the issue and provided an effective line of treatment. Dr. Megha went beyond just treatment of the tennis elbow and has suggested additional stretches/exercises for strengthening of the affected arm which can be used in the gym as well.

Sessions lasted for 10 days and were tailored for my case along with easy to understand explanations of the issues and exercises.
