She helped me clear my doubts about ChatGPT AI, and the session was great. Her communication was very positive and kind. The clinic environment was good, and I didn't have to wait.

The activities and their words have boosted my confidence which makes me use the time productively instead of stressing or getting depressed for hours , I am working on me .

Doctor friendliness - The doctor is so polite and soft that there was no moment that I regret to get sessions from here ... Her words and communication skills were the first cure to my treatment. Her words are stress , anxiety , depression healing to some extent.

And I was never judge or questioned for how I reacted in the clinic. A space were a patient can show all their feelings - tears , anger , shout, straightly go away ..

For them the thing which matters the most is patient happiness and health .

Explanation of health issue- they explain the causes, symptoms, prevention & cure of issue in very good way.. They dont just share activities or tips they explain how to work on it ..

How to react when I get anxiety.. How to stop it from the thoughts level only by converting them to positive thoughts.. thereby reducing anxiety....

Wait time - Sessions starts sharply on the allotted time only.. If ma'am is in other works or busy.. still wait time would rarely be 3 to 5 minutes....

Treatment satisfaction - By seeing changes in my mental health I am regretting that why didn't I consult earlier.

Everyone works on a peaceful , happy and healthy living..
