I am Chandru and had been to doctor to consult about height growth.

I am surprised to see that, he was so friendly and gave tips how to grow naturally without any supplements. He gave some yoga asanas to do which helps growth, while he also suggested many other natural way.

I feel this is the way anybody has to be guided naturally, rather give supplements and keep fear in them in western interest.

Doctor is good and he gives proper explanation about the issue what we are facing and he is never in a hurry to push us out. He takes time to make us understand as what we r going through and what remedy he is giving us and how it helps us in long term
