I had a bad experience in this clinic for my RCT by Dr. Shobha. I saw good reviews in Google and location is also very accessible. I consulted Dr. Shobha for pain in my tooth during Covid lockdown period in November 2020. The clinic was well maintained and Covid hygiene maintenance was properly followed, so I decided to go through RCT by Dr. Shobha. She did two RCTs in my 2 teeth. I moved to Bhubaneswar in 2021 January. After a year in Bhubaneswar in February 2022, it suddenly started paining in one of my teeth. ** ***** ******* ***** *** *** **** *** *** **** **** ***** ****** ************ I couldn't talk or eat or drink properly. I had to rush to a dental clinic *** * ***** *** **** ** ****** *** **** * ***** ***** *** ** ** **** *** ** * ****** *** ******* **** * ** ***** *** *** * ** **** **** **** *** **** ******** **** **** ***** ** *** ****** * *** ** ******* ****** **** *** ***** ** ***********. re-RCT is always more painful and time consuming compared to 1st RCT. It also is more expensive.

Being a PhD student, paying for 2 RCTs and caps was a lot for me. I trusted her. ***** ******** *** ** ** ** **************. ****** * **** **** ***** **** ****** ****** ** ****** ** ** ******* ** ****

I met her now after a year in 2023. She told me if I had gone to her clinic then she would have done the re-RCT for free. First of all, the pain started in Bhubaneswar, I wasn't going to fly to Bangalore to get myself treated by her. Second of all, I had lost any trust on her. **** **** ** **** ******* **** **** * ***** **** Obviously I wasn't going to get myself treated by her again after going through that horrible pain! I told her I am a student and this is too expensive for me, so refund to my account whatever I had to pay for RCT. She straightaway said no, there is no refund policy like that. She kept saying different clinics will give different opinions. I told her it's not an opinion, it's a painful process I actually had to go through! *** ****** ***** *** ******** *** ****** trying to show other clinics don't know what they are doing. I told her I have all scans of my re-RCT, I can show them, she denied. I told her how much it pained and affected me in a crucial period of thesis writing, she didn't care.

Patient care is least of their priority.

I visited Doctor Shobha’s clinic for decayed wisdom tooth extraction and cavity filling. She was very patient and explained the whole issue properly. The minor cavity infected tooth is what I had started noticing 5 years back and had visited various other dentists in Bangalore but none of the doctors actually treated it. She not only treated that, she also removed stain marks from my braces which dated back to 2010. Every doctor I had shown in last 10 years complained of the marks but no one suggested to remove it. So I am really happy and satisfied.

For the tooth extraction, the process was smooth, I was nervous but the dental surgeon made sure I was comfortable. The local anaesthesia was administered in small does and checking each time if there was any dizziness. I did not feel any pain of the injection on my gums. After the extraction, I got clear written and oral instructions of do’s and don’ts. Overall a good experience.

Had visited Dr Shobha for my root canal treatment. I had severely decayed tooth on lower jaw and sensitive tooth on my upper jaw. My family and friends who had been through an RCT in the past got me scared about the treatment and the impact it would have on the rest of the teeth. But after visiting Dental wellness and getting a root canal treatment done I can confidently say Dr Shobha is exceptional at doing what she does best and doesn't even let you feel the slightest of pain or discomfort during the course of the treatment. I would strongly recommend Dr Shobha and Dental Wellness to people for painless dental treatment.

I booked via Practo for Dr.Shobha. I visited at the clinic and she reviewed my teeth and explained the remedy and treatment. I was asked to visit the following day to perform the treatment. however, dr.shobha wasn't available and her junior performed the treatment. I'd say the junior should have been listed on Practo rather Dr.Shobha

I had actually visited for my root canal treatment. The treatment went on so smoothy I had a lot of infection in my roots and had pain due to it before visiting the clinic. Dr shobha explained me about my treatment so well and was so free to answer all my questions. Dr shobha gives a lot of importance to patients checking on my pain she prescribed me some medicine the pain came down due to it and the following day I was given an appointment after that the treatment went so well am so happy with the treatment and such great experience was it and am no more scard of any dental appointments now. thanks to Dr shobha happy smiles!!!!

I visited the clinc for root canal treatment.she is very friendly and the clinic is veryneet and well equipped with advanced technology.within two sittings she completed the treatment. I recommend her strongly as her way of treatment is painless .

I had a pleasant experience. I'm impressed of the way they treat us as well the sanitation. Yes I would definitely recommend Dental Wellness

Doctor was very friendly and reliable on the job...when I had a severe pain...doctor checked and treated me accordingly and precise...there was no error in their work...keep up the good job

Dr.Shobha is a well experienced dentist. I visited her for a root canal treatment. My procedure was handled in the utmost professional manner. Dr.Shobha maintains her clinic with maximum hygiene, all instruments used are clean, sterilized and packed which are opened right before you at chairside. So you can rest at peace when you are getting your treatment here. I would definitely recommend Dental Wellness for any dental treatment.
