Dr.Sathish Vasishta is a Craniomaxillofacial Surgeon (CMF-Surgeon) completed his masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from S.D.M College of Dental Sciences & Hospital, Dharwad considered as India’s best Institute for Craniomaxillofacial Surgery accredited by NAAC. Dr Sathish is dedicated to provide outmost care with evidence-based treatment for the correction of facial deformity in restoring Aesthetic and Functional need of individual. Soon after his Masters in oral and maxillofacial Surgery Dr Sathish underwent further advanced surgical training in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences Kochi, kerala & Mangalore, Karnataka and then he obtained his super specialty training fellowship in Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery. His dedication towards his Profession took him to Hong Kong for an International Fellowship in Craniomaxillofacial surgery where he obtained his further advanced training in Orthognathic surgery Aesthetic Facial Surgery. & Craniofacial surgery. His area of interest includes entire spectrum of Cleft & Craniofacial surgery, treatment of facial Fractures, Facial Plastic surgery, corrective jaw surgery ( Orthoganthic surgery ) for disproportionate jaws , Distraction Osteogensis – new technique of bone lengthening for congenital & acquired facial defects, Temperomandibular joint pain & disorders Minor oral surgery and major facial reconstructive procedures. He has 10 years of clinical experience to its credit. Apart from his routine work he is associated with an US based NGO which provides cost free surgeries for the patients born with Cleft and facial defect acting as chief surgeon he regularly conducts free medical camp in India and abroad and provides cost free surgeries to the needy. He is internationally credentialed Cleft surgeon of Operation smile. Which supports large number of cost free facial surgeries across the Globe. He is also part of Aster DM foundation as aster volunteer.

I was having extreme tooth ache due to infected wisdom tooth as well as adjacent molar. My usual dentist told me that a specialist is needed to extract the wisdom tooth because of complications. That's when I decided to consult Dr. Satish.
Dr. Satish explained me the problems very clearly and gave a plan of treatment. He was very friendly and reassured me about the treatment.
The extraction was done smoothly. I didn't even have any swelling after extraction.
Once the wisdom tooth is removed, the root canal procedure for the adjacent tooth is also performed.
I would rate the whole experience as outstanding and would definitely recommend.

I visited for Cleft Palate Surgery
Our baby was born with a Cleft palate. After delivery, the plastic surgeon of the hospital gave us hypothetical information about the complications of Cleft Palate which created great anxiety and fear about our baby's future. But when we met Dr. Sathish after 4 months of delivery at his clinic, he explained to us very well the whole idea about Cleft palate, symptoms, and its treatments. He explained to us the whole details of the surgery and post-surgery care. Dr. Sathish is a humble and well-experienced surgeon who is meticulous in his work and it shows. We felt peace in mind and hope regarding our baby's future after talking to Dr. Sathish. Our baby's surgery date was planned and accordingly, as per the schedule, the surgery was performed by Dr. Sathish and his team at Aster Hospital. We as a family are very happy with the results and our baby is doing well now.
