I am part of the Pilates fitness class conducted by Shanaz. I look forward to the class even if I am very tired from work. It reduces stress and keep my body very flexible, It is very relaxing as every class starts with cardio exercise or stretches and ends in breathing exercise. Doing it as a group and having a dedicated time for fitness helps me a lot. Shanaz's command over the class, from the way she delivers the cue to her attention, observation and correction of individuals posters is very commendable.
Over all I can say that it is worth the money and time.

It has been more than an year. I have suatained weight loss of more than 10kgs, with very well toned Body. My varicose vein leg pains have drastically reduced. My waist is currently 28 inches (34 inches). The classes is fun and a great stress buster **** ********* ******* ********** A great confidence booster. Highly recommended.

I was overweight weighing 66 kg and Due to this ihad pain in heels when walking for long distance or when walking after sitting for long time. I joined breathe to lose weight. Shahnaz guided me to see dietician along with exercise. And I lost 4 kg within 3 months.slowly my heel pain has completely gone and also lose some inches. Thanks Shahnaz for ur guidance.
