Happy with: Treatment satisfactionExplanation of the health issue
I’ve been seeing Dr.Bathri Narayana for treatment of my persistent leg pain
Dr. Bathri Narayana was professional, patient, and compassionate.
I started physiotherapy four weeks ago and I’m very pleased with the progress I’ve made so far.
After just a few sessions, the pain has reduced significantly, and mobility is much better. What I appreciate most is that Dr.Bathri Narayana doesn’t rush. You always feel heard, and adjustments are made based on how I’m progressing. The clinic environment is clean and welcoming.I was told why each exercise or therapy technique would help, what to expect in terms of improvement, and how long it might take. He also taught me exercises and stretches to do at home, which have made a noticeable difference.
I appreciate that he respects personal boundaries. As a female patient, I felt he maintained professionalism and created a safe, respectful environment. He explained what he would do, asked permission, and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with any hands‑on techniques.

When I first came to Doctor Bathri's clinic, I was dealing with severe pain in my right shoulder/upper back (caused by pinched nerve in c3/c4 neck area) and lower back issues (on & off). I had gone to another hospital first to get treatment but they were focused on temporary relief which resulted in issue reoccurring.
He designed a physiotherapy program that was designed at first to reduce pain (to improve quality of life) and then introduced more and more exercises to strengthen my upper and lower back. Exercise progression was designed thoughtfully to make sure I don't re-injure myself and I built strength across my entire body over the last 3 months. Doctor clearly communicates what is the plan depending on severity of the issue and works with your schedule to ensure you get the care you need. Initially, I used to go daily but this now reduced to once a week and I do not face any issues any more. I now have a set of exercises that I can do at home to ensure lifelong pain free living.
Doctor Bathri and his clinic has been a game changer for my health. I fully recommend him!

I twisted my ankle while playing badminton, and the pain made me immediately look for a good physiotherapist. That’s when I came across Dr. Bhatri Narayan’s name. I booked an appointment the same day, and I’m so glad I did.
He quickly assessed my injury and recommended the right support belt, spray, and cream, along with the essential physiotherapy exercises. He also provided ultrasonic therapy, which helped speed up the healing process. Throughout the treatment, he kept me motivated with positive reassurance that my ankle would recover well.
With my busy schedule, I really appreciated how flexible he was with appointments. His guidance and support made a huge difference in my recovery.

With prolonged Parkinson's disease, my dad almost lost the mobility due to severe weakness in his lower limbs. We consulted other physiotherapists (both in Bangalore as well as in my hometown) & observed very limited results, however the services given by Dr. Bathri Narayanan changed the situation & resulted into much improved state.
During the therapy sessions, Mr. Bathri was very punctual, committed towards his patient & hardworking to make my dad's situation better. He not only treated my dad with the best possible therapies but also did counselling to make him mentally stronger & positive. My dad started moving his legs & lower body & also started walking with little support.
Unfortunately, we could not continue his sessions after a period & now my dad is taking therapy from a local physiotherapist at my hometown. Gradually, he is getting better and hopefully he will walk independently very soon.
