When I first came across Atlas, I was looking for Chiropractic treatment for my leg injury and shoulder pain. However, when I read about Dr. Ritika Patel, a physiotherapist, I felt that she would be the right person to fix me up. I had terrible pain in my right knee that was radiating to hips and also a longstanding cervical spondylosis issue that got exacerbated with a recent shoulder injury. Right from the first session, she was extremely efficient at understanding the problem and contrary to my expectation that first session would just be consultation, she got right into the treatment immediately. Although the treatment itself involves dry needling, deep tissue massage which can be painful for someone who has not undergone something so intensive, I could feel a great relief after the initial few hours. It might be a little difficult to get appointment with her, as most of her slots get booked for days in advance, but I did not want to go anywhere else, I knew she was the right person for me after such a long time and it was worth the wait. Each session is focused and progressive, so each time, I would feel better and more confident. She is very kind, listens to problems and gets to the problem area within no time. She not just works on you, but also advises on the right diet, the correct exercise plan. My treatment was a combination of the initial pain alleviation and later on, rehab exercises to gain strength in my legs and shoulders. Before I came to her, I had almost given up on my neck thinking that I will have to live with the nagging pain for the rest of my life. But with regular strength training and practicing the exercises she has prescribed regularly, I feel that the pain has not returned. I am writing this review after completing the entire prescribed plan of about 15 physio sessions and I can truly make out the difference. Due to her insistence, I regularly started strength training and focused on my posture. She would ensure that I follow the right routine, helped me with the equipment and always ready to answer my questions. I can confidently say that today I am almost pain-free and I am working towards a better, fitter and more confident version of myself. In a way, she has not just fixed my problem, she has encouraged me to regularly workout to stay out of pain. I am deeply indebted to Dr. Ritika and would like to express my gratitude to her. Regarding Atlas, they are quite professional and able to fix appointments, however, it would be best to keep a good relation directly with the doctors as well.

I visited Dr. Prathap on the recommendation of a friend in Bangalore. I have been dealing with a foot injury and subsequent Plantar Fasciitis problem. Having seen a few doctors in the UK with little progress, I decided to see someone in my hometown! Voila! It was a really good decision I made on the last day of my visit to Bangalore. Whilst not ideal, in terms of follow up visits etc, the doc did everything he could in that visit. He alleivated my pain significantly. He explained everything he was going to do and what I should expect out of that. He was realistic and did not promise the moon. A young doctor, returning to India - certainly an asset! Very good patient care and its not always easy to converse with doctors and feel like you have learnt a lot and feel good about it at the same time. Dr Prathap, makes it easy to chat and is very friendly. I have since seen him twice more on my subsequent visits. I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family that need the Chiropractic care.

I ve been facing problems in my spine and lower back esp with L4-5 disc bulge last 10 years and I had tried every possible treatment from orthopaedic to Ayurveda . Was on therapies and medicines including steroids even and every thing seem to have temporary relief and came with lot of side affects .I reached a point of exhaustion and no way out as I couldn’t do simple chores at home and was in lot of unbearable pain and was always dependent on someone or the other. Then I heard about chiropractor but was very sceptical as we don’t have that kind treatment in India but tried googling and found Dr Prat. I am so grateful and thankful to him who recognised my pain and problem and so kindly explained the whole issue and how to sort it and assured me I would get out it soon . Dr Violet from the first time of my appointment for my back issue understood the problem and started with her treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. She takes care of you and is very precise with her work. She did put me onto a physiotherapist Dr Rolly who was required at a point to heal me. Both of them worked together on my back and never held back in their practices. She is very punctual and stresses on disciplines in health and helps you become better with health. She is patient and advises correctly. The timeline for my healing she proposed was exact and there were no delays. She is very friendly and professional. They believe in body healing & a better lifestyle rather than medications. I would definitely recommend her and her services. This is my first hand experience with a Chiropractor and it has been wonderful! I thank Atlas, Dr Violet and Dr Rolly for their services. I have been having chiropractic treatment for my lower back and neck pain problems for the last six years, off and on. The doctor who was treating me last left for home and I missed having any treatment in the last ten months or so, and the pain inevitably returned. Through the web I found Atlas as a viable alternative.

Today was the first time I had a treatment from Dr Lepinay. She was quite thorough in understanding what was ailing me, and checked out the trouble spots. Thereafter, she commenced treatment which was a lot of robust twisting and turning to fix me up. After her treatment I must say, I immediately felt the knotted muscle on my neck relent and relax a bit. I was told by Dr Lepinay I will have to do a few more session to get right.

Dr Lepinay, I found is a friendly person with a very pleasant demeanour. Her French accented English is not easy to understand at first, especially to an Indian ear! May be I will have to learn French or she will have to speak a bit slowly, ha ha.

Thanks to Dr. Violette Lepinay, that i am feeling much better now after a few sessions, as i have been suffering from 13 years of back pain due to slip disc, and also injuries to my neck and shoulder. I have consulted many for various therapies but never felt better as i am now.

Dr. Violette explains you everything about the issue and session to session records are maintained. Dr also informs you the next steps of what needs to be done. Every session i was told about the progress and also exercises where given to be done on a daily basis.

There is no wait time, if you have an appointment, you will be treated at that time given to you.

I understand that it might feel the sessions are short and the pay is more.. But those sessions pay off at the end.

Dr. Violette is one of those few professionals who actually take time to understand the patients issues and explain them about it before starting the therapy.

I have been to several orthopedic doctors and physiotherapist; and none were ready to listen to what I had to say; all they would want to know what's my profession and used to conclude that I sit the whole day and that is causing the issue.

But today was different.

Dr. Violette Lepinay, is my chiro.

She listened to my issues attentively and with patience; and then went onto explaining how will the treatment take place, then she assessed me and found out the root cause for my issues.

Then did my initial adjustments.

Then she explained I will need few more of such sessions to correct the issue. And it is fair enough; as I have these issues for almost 12 years now.

Over all I'm happy about the way she listened to me and assessed my condition.

When i visited Dr Violette i had a curved back and was in acute pain. I had already been through a ortho surgeon and physio before but to no relief. Dr Violette has been great for me to have regained my posture and my pain has reduced by 90%, where the rest is on me to act on by reducing weight and regular exercise. She is highly recommended for all those who have neuromuscular issues, she is superb in helping relieve pain in joints and muscles with work on the spine to look at increasing blood flow and nerve conductivity to the joints. She has been great for me. In fact recently my son who is 10 years old had a foot ball ankle injury where she has corrected his issue in just 2 visits. If you are in unbearable pain or some sort of nagging pain i highly recommend a visit to Dr Violette

I was struggling with my back pain from last 3 years. The pain and discomfort was unbearable and there was no improvement inspite of multiple visits to several orthopedists, physiotherapists. I could only manage the symptoms using pain killers. On recommendation, I thought about giving alternate medicine a go, and made an appointment with Dr. Prathap for my adjustment and his opinion. Although I specially travelled all the way from Bhopal to Bangalore for this, talking to him alleviated my belief of being painfree. He prescribed 12 sessions for me and with each, the pain has definitely reduced. I can say without a doubt that I am better than I was before and I am glad that I consulted Dr Prathap.
