I have been consulting Tripty for over 6 months now and infact the first phase of diet planning was so satisfying, that I have now further extended the same!

I visited Tripty with multiple health issues initially– increased weight and high uric acid being the main ones. She did a thorough check on my reports, had in depth discussions to understand my diet & lifestyle patterns and then designed a customized diet chart. She has been tracking my progress closely and changes my diet every 2 weeks as needed, this constant focus has helped me reduce considerable weight and has helped bring down my Uric acid levels within acceptable levels.
