I want to share our experience with Dr. Gautham S L, who recently performed a laparoscopic umbilical hernia surgery for my father. Right from the start, he was extremely kind and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and really helped ease our worries before the surgery.
We had also planned to go ahead with gall bladder removal during the same procedure, since my dad has multiple gallstones. But while performing the surgery, Dr. Gautham noticed an infection. He spoke to us immediately, explained the situation in detail, and after taking our consent, decided to postpone the gall bladder surgery to avoid any risk. We truly appreciated how thoughtful and careful he was in making that decision.
It’s rare to come across a doctor who is not only skilled but also genuinely caring. We’re really grateful for Dr. Gautham’s honesty, guidance, and the comfort he gave us throughout. He made a difficult time much easier for our family, and we feel very fortunate to have had him look after our father. Thank you once again, Doctor.
