** ****** ** ** *** **** * ******* ** ** * ********** *******He can treat patient without any medicines, Iam not at all joking believe my words, I would like to share a story of my own experience in during corona period my mom was suffering from lungs related issues, we have been to many hospitals in Bangalore no one can able to analyse the actual problem everyone use to say she is suffering from corona,heart failure, lungs failure etc etc, Then finally one doctor suggested to visit DR MAGESH he was the one who actually analysed the problem and asked me to get the lungs angio scan in MANIPAL HOSPITAL, after that he took care of each and everything as a cardiologist he treated my mom by becoming pulmonologist hats of to you MAGESH SIR , trust me he is the saviour i cannot explain in words what he did to us,at that time my marriage was just in a week he saved my MOM from the God Grace THANK YOU SOO MUCH DR MAGESH .I recommend each and everyone who is suffering from chest related problem no matter it's lungs or heart please do visit DR MAGESH*️

We are blessed with a baby girl on Feb 25th, 2024. So happy that we consulted Dr. Puja Rathi for the entire pregnancy. I refused to go to native thinking that I may not get a doctor like Puja mam. Doc Puja is very friendly n understand the issue. we are thankful as she helped us conceiving our baby and we are able to get pregnant. I had fibroids in my uterus due to which my tube was blocked. Dr. Puja Rathi has done my myectomy surgery and successfully removed the fibroids. I was in regular touch with the doctor and conceived naturally within 9 months of myectomy surgery. As my uterus is weak it cannot bear weight of full term baby, Dr. Puja Rathi suggested to do C section in 36 week. I have been blessed with healthy baby.

Doctors, staff and lab infrastructure are very good. Felt the scan costs are big higher when compared to other labs.

We visited Add-on Scans & Labs on March 3, 2025, for an HSG scan, and Dr. Puja Rathi was our consulting doctor. Despite her claim of having 15 years of experience, her behavior did not reflect it. During our interaction* *** **** ******* ************** ******** such as accusing us ** ******* ********** ******* *** ****** **** ** **** ** *** and claiming that my husband was pointing fingers at her, so she would do the same.

***** **** ********** *********** I reported the incident to the Add-on Scan management team, specifically Nandhini. *** ************ **** *** ****** *** **** *** ******* ** **** ***** *** ** ***** ** *** ***** She promised to escalate the issue to the general manager, Sunil. Later that evening, Nandhini called to confirm that Dr. Rathi admitted to losing her temper during our consultation.

I am writing this review to inform others about Dr. Puja Rathi's behavior. However, I want to emphasize that my dissatisfaction is solely with the doctor and not with Add-on Scans & Labs. The management handled the situation professionally, and my 2-star rating reflects my overall experience with the lab.
