She has experience co-developing a program for individuals living with Premenstrual Disorders, helping people better understand the connection between hormones, emotions, thoughts, and behavior while building practical coping skills.Alongside her clinical work, she is involved in women's health research and collaborates with the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD) to create patient-friendly mental health resources. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can gain insight, build coping skills, and work toward lasting well-being.
