I am knowing Dr. SY Kulkarni from last 25 Years. I am thankful to Dr SY Kulkarni Sir. He gaves me a new life. I xcan't walk propoerly. But after Surgery i am walking as naturally. Before surgery i can't walk & i am taking pencular tablet of 500mg per day. After operation i have a lot confidence that i can walk properly. I am thankful to Dr SY Kulkarni Sir.
