I got suddenly pain & swelling in my right knee. So, I visited to one of Orthopedic Doctor and he prescribed me some medicines. I took it for 15 days and I was feeling better but again pain & swelling in the knee occurred.

Then, again doctor suggested me to take other medicines and suggested for Physiotherapy.

So, I directly contacted to Physiotherapist - Dr. Manoj Wani Sir since I knew him from past. Manoj Sir asked me all necessary questions about my problem and after checking, he decided knee exercises & IFT as a treatment for me. Daily, I was going to his Hridaan Physio clinic near Dange Chowk. There, strictly he was getting exercises done from me and then he was applying IFT to the knee. He recommended me 1 time similar exercises at home as well for faster recovery, also recommended to apply ice pad 4-5 times in a day.

I took 15 days treatment from him. After 5 days time, I was feeling little bit less pain compared to earlier. After few days, he increased the exercise counts and slowly slowly, I was feeling improvement.

Last 5 days, exercises with 1kg weight belt & Rubber band stretching exercises.

Today, after 15 days treatment, I am feeling 80-85% better.

For the rest improvement part, he recommended me to do similar exercises 2 times in a day at home for 1 month and 1 visit after 1 month.

One thing I liked most there - After each person's session, w/o forgetting, he was cleaning the bed, IFT electrodes, Rubber band by Detol liquid due to this Corona Virus pandemic situation.

I had back pain problem since last 2 years, i visited Manoj sir clinic, he examine and told you have slip disc problem, still we get MRI report done so that we get all details.

The MRI report showed what sir had told L3-4 and 5 having problem, Sir started therepy but there was not much relief in back pain, then on 4th Sir ask me for Arthritis test however before he told me that you may have Arthritise, the same came in the report.

He asked me to take Arthritise doctor advice, when i visited doctor Nilesh Patil sir clinic, after seeing all the reports he said that Wani sir already diagnosed everything....you need to take tablets what i will give you and continue Therepy as suggested by Manoj sir.
