Dr. Sandeep Naphade, Thank you very much for bringing happiness in our family as well as giving the new face to our daughter. As we got to know that our baby has Cleft lip and palate that time our world was totally shaken and tensed. But after we get to know that the person who have the cleft lip and palate that deformity can be repairable after few surgeries and that person can live the life as Normal person.

Then our next task to find the best surgeon for our daughter then from my friend we get to know that Dr. Sandeep Naphade is the best experienced and Notable surgeon in this field.

When we first visited the doctor he told us all the procedures which occurs in cleft lip and palate repair surgeries with proper age limits. With proper pre and post surgery instructions.

But due to Covid-19 our daughter's first surgery gets delayed. But Dr. Sandeep Naphade told us not to worry and assure us that everything will be perfect and best. So, the first cleft lip surgery was done on 5th June'21 at K. E. M Hospital with long 3 hours surgery followed by 4 hours post surgery observation with only 2 days hospital stay by the doctors motivation and proper care. The recovery time of the surgery is almost 15 days to 1 month and after that our daughter got new "Smiling Face".

The next palate surgery was done on 1st sept'21, with long 3 hours surgery followed by 4 hours post surgery observation. The recovery time for this surgery also takes 1 month. this surgery also performed in well mannered.

These both surgeries shows the Dr. Sandeep Naphades great skills with natable experience.

So anyone's baby having cleftLip and palate nothing to worry., it is recoverable and repairable when the surgeries was done in the proper age.

I have been facing hair loss issues for >10 years. I decided to go for hair transplant. My dermatologist referred me to Dr Sandeep Naphade in Pune. Initially i was hesitant as I am living in Bangalore and was not sure how to follow up with doctor in Pune. But after talking to doctor over phone I was very comfortable. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. Before procedure, some blood tests were done. One day before procedure, we had consultation with doctor where he again explained how procedure will go, what to expect and what care needs to be taken. He also showed what hairline he is planning to match with my earlier hairstyle. Procedure starts with local anaesthesia in scalp. Those injections are little painful. Once anaesthesia takes effect, Dr and his team started extracting follicles from donor area. Follicle extraction took almost 4 hours. Sufficient breaks were there in between. Since procedure is carried under local anaesthesia, you are conscious and can easily talk, listen to music. After follicle extraction, lunch break was taken. And after that actual transplant started. Transplant took another 3-4 hours. I found transplant was almost without any pain compared to extraction. ~3000+ follicles were used. After that scalp was cleaned with saline water and dressing was put on scalp to avoid dust particles and also to prevent from scratching head. Some antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines were prescribed. After that I could go home. Follow up was 2 days later when bandage was removed. Doctor then explained how to clean scalp with saline water for next 2 weeks and what other care needs to be taken. He explained all about scabs and how they are to be cleaned. After taking rest for one more day I was able to drive 800 kms to Bangalore. Dr asked for photos at regular interval. After two weeks was prescribed minoxidil and multi vitamin tablets. Overall procedure went very smooth and my experience with doctor has been great. Within 3 months good hair growth is visible. Hairline is also exactly matching with what Dr had planned. Luckily I did not go through shock loss also. Even after 3 months doctor is still following up with me for progress. That shows dedication and commitment of Doctor towards his patients. I am very much satisfied with results and highly recommend Dr Sandeep for hair transplant and other issues. He is expert in his field and has patient friendly nature.

He was there whole day during the hair transplant surgery and guiding the staff time to time. Also he takes care of all your pains during the surgery, asks so many times if we have any problem and act accordingly. Also sometimes if he asks you to visit and suppose he provided some suggestions, he doesn't charge anything for that which is bit surprising. Overall he is very experienced, nice and humble doctor.

I am Mrs Minni Sinha from Lucknow. I was suffering with nonhealing skin ulcer in both the leg since long. I consulted many doctors at Lucknow but all went in vain.
