Dr. Armeet has been so helpful in helping me navigate my thoughts and come to terms with negative experiences in my life.

It has been long since I have felt a positive change in my life in terms of my attitude and behaviour.

He has taught me to be more accepting of myself and my situations. Which further helped me to stop dwelling on the past and work on myself actively.
