Elite Heart Clinic & Pathology Lab, Wakad

I went there for completing 2 D Echo for my Father. After waiting for almost an hour, Dr. called inside. To Note:

1. Patients who came after me were taken inside before me, when i inquired, then they told that mine is next.

2. Dr. just checked for 5 seconds on 2 D Echo machine and he completed diagnosis. I am surprised *** *** ** ******** *** ****** ******* ** * ********

3. He didn't ask a single word before going for 2 D Echo and was not saying anything before we asked him. In fact he didnt even ask what is the problem, why we want to do 2 D echo, if there is any pain in chest, nothing nothing he asked.

4. It was my father (67 Yr. Old) who were taken for examination *** * *** ********* **** ******* *********** **** *** ****5. Later i understood that he was in hurry to leave for home ** *** **** *** ********* ** *** **** ******** *** ******* *** ******* * ****** *** ****** ** ****** **** ******* **** ****** *** ******** *** ******* ******* ****** *** ********* ** *** ******* ** * ****** ********

It was horrible experience visiting the clinic. First of all I was asked to wait outside the clinic with my 65 years old mother suffering sever health problem. Moreover, sitting area was not having even a fan installed there. I requested if my mother can be allowed to sit inside, lady sitting on reception denied that and asked me to sit outside only and said extremely rudely that everyone comes here have to sit there only.

If this was not enough, after waiting for 20+ minutes I gone and ask that lady when doctor is going to come, only then she told me that he will come around 7 or after. I said my appointment is of 6 PM and its guaranteed by Practo, I can understand to wait for 5-10 mnts which can happen to anybody but waiting for 1 hour and in such hitting conditions was too much.

I have never met the doctor so I cant comment anything but he surely need to see how his staff is behaving with the patients.

I will never recommend anyone to visit this clinic after today's incident.

Detailed Review: i visited this doctor for my mother 4-5 times over a period of one year as she has critical heart condition. 1) when she was in emergency situation where she couldn’t go to his clinic and I wanted to take his advice regarding hospitalisation, his staff didn’t allow me to speak to him despite of making multiple attempts/ requests. I finally had to hospitalise her under the treatment of new cardiologist. What is the use of having a doctor who is not helping in most needed time 2) every time I visited he charged between 2,000-6,000 Rs and that too his staff made me go to ATM and get cash but not accepted payment online by gpay/ card. **** ****** ******* ******* ******* ******* ***** ***** ** His staff will never talk to you politely when you will

Visit the clinic. Doctor is more polite than his receptionists as if he is working for them.

Overall , if you care about your family members and want to give hassle free experience find other doctors *** ****** **** ** ***** *** ******** **** *** *** **** **** ****** ****** ******* ****** **** ****** **** I don’t even wish to give one rating.

I have consulated the doctor for my mother's health checkup, doctor was very professional and listened to everything and prescribed medications accordingly, Thank you Doctor 🙏🙏. But one thing which annoyed me is that the clinic don't accept cards or gpay.
