Had an online video consultation during pandemic and was highly dissatisfied with the experience . She was herself getting irritated and frustrated and was not ready to listen to the problems. She being a psychologist needs to understand how the patient is already emotionally unwell, on top of that instead of being empathetic and sympathetic, she was in a lot of hurry and just wanted to wind and end the conversation. She was continuously talking that she has another appointments lined up. Also the video consultation fees is very high and time duration is less.

she asked specific questions and listened and understood the problem well. it was easy to talk to her freely. her approach was not judgemental nad neutral. she has a detailed insight of issues.

Visited For Anxiety issues. Very friendly doctor **** ******* *********. Understood my problem and correctly diagnosed it with proper treatment.
