Thank you for taking time to write your feedback. I am sorry that you were not pleased with your visit at our clinic. It is always good to get feedbacks, both positive and negative which help us improvise our services towards our patients. At our clinic, our only focus is to provide best consultation and advise to our patients for their well being. For me every patient is important and is given priority. I try my best to give enough time to my patients and answer all of their health related queries. Even the minor doubts are answered in detail. In addition to that, all my patients have also been told that if they need to clear any of their additional doubts or need any help, they can always call me on my phone, and can also contact me by sending text messages. Every patient is given minimum 15 to 20 minutes time and if required even more. I am really Sorry if you were not satisfied with the given time. I should also mention that the Covid situation has never affected my priority and concern towards my patients. At our clinic, safety of all our patients has been a priority and all required measures related to CoViD concerns have been arranged accordingly. I will be rather happy and appreciate if you could discuss any of your doubts so that I can clear them. Thanks and regards
