I consulted Dr. Gupta after my delivery. I was loosing weight with yoga but my weight had become stagnant that is when I found Dr. Gupta, she gave me a diet which was filling and nourishing which was important since I was breastfeeding. I was able to loose weight gradually with her diet without many restrictions. I also stopped have any cravings. Then again after a year I consulted her for weight loss and with her diet for Intermittent fasting I am again loosing weight gradually. She is very friendly and answers every small query very patiently. I highly recommend her.
