Clinic and Endoscopy, Pimpri-Chinchwad

Dr is experienced but his staff is pathetic. They didn't answer your queries n not talk to elders properly. I felt like I have visited government hospital. Whenever you called , either phone will be busy or not answering. Very rude staff he has. That is the reason I will not recommend this Dr.

U have to face these pathetic staff then only u have meet dr. Till that your energy got exhausted.

Doctor is very good. Appointnent syatem is very very pathetic.. Unprofessional receptionist, they dont know how to behave with patients and their relatives. Nobody have good experience with the reception. It will damage doctor's name and faith. He is very experienced but should be chabge the appointment booking system.

Doctor is very friendly, explains very clearly about the issue. I have visited the doctor after 10 years for my relative. He is satisfied with the treatment .

The doctor is very much experienced n understood the problem well. He gave **** medicines n treated well.

To get the dr appointment i have to call 400 times as they take appointments only on Monday and that too on call, i was trying with 2 cell phones from 9 am to 10.30 am and was busy.getting a dr appointment like a lucky draw

I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Salunke’s clinic in Pimpri (near Ratna Hotel). The staff is extremely rude *** *************** Trying to book an appointment over the phone is nearly impossible, as the line is always engaged.

The new week’s appointments start on Monday, but if you want a same-day slot, you have to reach the clinic at 8:30 AM and stand in a long queue. Inspite they do appointment after 3:00pm and morning slot is empty for phone call. Despite this, the phone number displayed on the clinic door is constantly busy, making the process even more frustrating.

The staff, especially the receptionist, lacks basic courtesy and patience. Instead of assisting patients calmly, she argues with them. On my visit, she was already irritated early in the morning, which made the experience unpleasant. A doctor’s clinic should have staff who are polite, helpful, and professional. *** ******* ****** ********* ******** ********* **** ***** ******* ** ******* ******* ************* ** ** *** *** ****** ********* **** ***** ** **** * **** ***

Whenever you call they unduly try to show that doctor is very busy and when you go straight to the clinic you will be attended. If you ask for an appointment they will tell you 3 days 4 days ... Doctor will just listen to you and start writing prescription no explanation no discussion on medication procedure. Will ask for few test but will not tell what to do whith test and when to come back. Don't know in such a open information age how such behaviour even survived. May god bless.
