My experience with Dr. Jain has been wonderful ever since our first appointment. To start with she is extremely approachable, polite, friendly and eager to help. . . . and very professional.

I underwent a tonsillectomy surgery that was performed by her in early Feb 2017, and my pre and post op experience with her was great. Dr. Jain is one of those few doctors who lives by the code, i.e, perform their craft par excellence, while having genuine empathy and concern for patient's well-being. She also makes sure that she educates her patients about the basics, rather than just passing on a diagnosis and a prescription.

She ensured throughout our interactions that I was comfortable and all questions were answered satisfactorily. I had been doing a lot of research on the internet, about the surgery and post-op care. . . . also went through a ton of blogs. . . . the kind of horror stories too that i came across were quite scary to me. But the surgery went super super smooth. Within 7-8 days post-op i was back on my feet, eating some 'real' food and going about my daily business like nothing ever happened! Why? Because Dr. Jain is THAT GOOD at what she does. **** ******* *** patient hands were the reason for my quick and comfortable recovery, without any complications at all!!!!

She also came to visit me twice while i was at the hospital to ensure that i was being taken good care of. . . . Also got me a looooot of ice-cream and home cooked food!!!! :D. . . . Now who does that??!!!! Only someone who's genuinely concerned about their patient's well-being, i'll say :D . . . . She also checked up on me regularly on how i was recovering and her timely post op advise helped me out a lot with recovery.

All in all I'll give her 11 out of 10 :D . . . . I'll definitely recommend Dr. Jain to anyone who's struggling with ENT issue. Just blindly give her a call and set up an appointment. I assure you that you'll be in good hands and taken good care of. Thanks.

I was suffering from severe ear infection(I thought it was an infection) which I ignored for couple of days and one fine day this pain reached a level that I was not able to eat anything.

I immediately started looking for an ENT specialist in my locality and to my luck I got to know about Dr Sharddha Jain.

She spent a good amount of time in investing the root cause of such severe pain I was into.

After close examination she explained me about the wax clogged *** ********** ** *********** ********** I am now feeling so very relaxed after she removed the entire dirt, wax from my ears.

Her analysis, attention in understanding patients problem, way of treatment and efforts are much appreciated.

Doctor Jain is very professional and extremely competent. She identified the condition and immediately suggested the best treatment. The medicines she prescribed started affecting overnight and improved my condition.

She explains the treatment very well and does take some extra time to counsel to how to avoid the same condition in future.
