I was in much pain on 1st Jan'2020. I called Dr. Aparna , though the clinic was closed, she heard I am in much pain and she made her availability even on that day. She explained complete problem and gave treatment timeline. I had chronic pain and I had no confidence that it would ever go. Dr. in each visit would encourage me and used to say I will remove complete pain and cure it from root. She and her team worked so hard on me that I cannot describe in words. My healing started as well I gained confidence. I started trusting her blindly as I was so relieved in a months span. Each visit carried same importance as if I was the new patient visiting 1st day. The environment in the clinic is clean , friendly and they are compassionate towards patients and will bring you at ease at any cost. Dr. Aparna has been my best choice and I owe lots of gratitude towards her for treating me so so well. I am thankful from the core of my heart. If every Doctor adopts such attitude, patients will be at bliss in getting cured. She is highly recommended for pain relief , go with blind eye, trust her and follow her strictly, if she says she will cure you, she will definitely do that at any cost. I had an acute shoulder pain on left side which was triggered due to neck movements. This pain started radiating to my left hand. I had already visited another clinic before consulting Dr. Aparna which I felt was mostly monetary and not focused towards providing the best treatment.Initially it took 4-5 days to exactly diagnose my problem and I was somewhat losing hope but Dr. Aparna exactly knew what the problem is and assured me that the pain will 100% go away.She has a range of treatment which she used i.e. Matrix, ultrasound, dry needling, traction, IFT and after approximately 8th sitting my pain started vanishing to my surprise. She had told me that these therapies need to be applied for a certain period of time along with exercises and it worked.The only thing that I find worth changing in physiotherapy in general is that the treatment packages should assure cure of the problem and if the patient still is not cured within defined package period then he should be provided extra sittings without charge for a week. For other patient's benefit- The treatment package for me was Rs. 4900 for 7 sittings.

From day one, she seemed more interested in giving lectures than actually listening to her patients. None of the docs earlier identified my root problem. She targeted my neck and back problem which also solved my headache issue. And she uses vaious methodologies like chrio, laser,intense,traction, matrix and manual therapy. She is too good and highly recommendable. Her team is equally very well trained. Dr. Aparna ma'am has performed an excellent physiotherapy through Matrix, IFT, Needling, Laser, Traction and various exercises. This has cured all of my problems including issues in my spine, back pain, thighs pain, knee pain, leg pain, arms/hands pain, shoulder pain and neck pain. Aparna ma'am first understood all the problems thoroughly and prescribed accurate treatement by explaining every single treatment in a detailed manner. I would also like to thank Saroj and Pranali as they were helpful throughout all the sessions and were very kind and caring. I would highly recommend Aparna ma'am.

The physiotherapist Dr. Aparna/Dr. Shabbier/Dr Mohasin conducted a thorough assessment and explained the treatment plan clearly. Dr. Ruchika - the lady with strong hands helped me to subside my long term shoulder-back ache.

She scheduled the physio sessions very properly and made me do all the exercises thoroughly. Also too knowledgeable about the body parts, and how to correct the posture through various workouts.

Also guided me to continue with the workouts on daily basis.

I was referred by Dr Anshu Sachdeva for my back pain issue post 9 months of herniated disc surgery. I was hoping to recover fast with her treatments *** *** ******* **** *** *********** ********** ****** *** ******* ************* ** ****** * *** ******** ******** *** **** * ***** **** *******. In 2nd shockwave therapy with my back she gave it on my thighs this locked my knee for a week. This locked my leg in next session they worked to resolve my muscle soreness by matrix. I have only praises for Dr. Aparna and Dr. Rituja at Acme Kalyaninagar in Pune. In my case, I had a surgery for frozen shoulder recently and had developed severe pain post operation after couple of months, as the post operation therapy which I had undertaken elsewhere did not go well. But when I visited Dr. Aparna, she was able to diagnose me perfectly and came up with a 2 week therapy plan. She knew exactly what had to be done and Dr. Rituja executed her plan to the tee. I also had a chronic lower back pain, which was troubling me for a long time. And they helped me with that as well. Can’t believe it could get healed in a week’s time. But they did it! I can tell for sure, there are the best in business!
