I visited Dr. Nitish Aggarwal for a prolonged sore throat and difficulty in swallowing. He diagnosed my condition as pharyngitis and prescribed medicines such as Pan-D, Bitadine gargles, and B comp tablets. Dr. Nitish also informed me that I had gut issues which were preventing my pharyngitis from healing, and he recommended significant changes to my diet, such as avoiding fried and spicy foods. He asked me to visit him again in 7 days.

Despite following his instructions, my pain did not subside. After a month of sore throat and 7 days of my first visit to Dr. Nitish's clinic, I took another appointment with Dr. Nitish. At this visit, he recommended more medicines to address my gut issues and suggested a balanced diet. He discontinued the Bitadine gargles and prescribed digestive syrups. Dr. Nishant is friendly, ********** and helpful. I had hearing loss in one of my ear and very often just after bath. I had my ear blocked very often since 2-3 months. After I get it checked it came to have wax accumulation after diagosis by doctor. Dr. Nishant explained me the issue and treatment going forward. On the day of treatment before starting it he assured and explained me the process well. My wax removal treatment got very well and now I am all good with both my ears. Thank you doctor for fixing the issue and providing me healthy ear again !!

I visited nitish agarwal for my dizziness issue.I was thinking this issue happening because of my ear issue but nitish sir figured out this issue due to my in correct posture and advised me for a X-ray .In x-ray we got the cervical lordosis issue as nitish sir advised.

I am glad that in first visit he diagnosed my problem.

After some medicine and physiotherapy ,my issue reduced upto 90% in a month..
