No midline shift is seen.

Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in position.

Brain stem and cerebellar hemispheres are showing normal MR morphology and signal intens

Basal cisterns are normal.

Major arteries of Circle of Willis are showing normal flow void.

Major intracranial dural venous sinuses are showing normal outline and flow void.

Sella is normal in size. Pituitary gland is visualized normally with both anterior & posteri showing normal signal intensity.
