I am part of the scared species of patients when it comes to dental treatments. I chose to consult Dr Nikita only after reading some of the stellar reviews and boy, I am glad to have made the right decision. Dr Nikita ensures patients' comfort before the treatment. Tooth extraction is supposed to be the most painful treatment in dentistry but I am not exaggerating when I say that my tooth extraction was a complete painless experience. my post extraction treatment has also been great and Dr Nikita has not charged me yet considering that the bridge implementation is still pending. howmuchever I have tried to pay upfront, I have been told that the fee is due only once treatment is completed. though I am based abroad, I am happy to say that Dr Nikita has displayed thorough professionalism, a trait which is very rare amidst the medical fraternity in India. so much so that I have already decided to consult her again during my next visit to India, even if it means me to digress from my destination in India.Dr Nikita is also a specialist in Sleep and Snoring disorder and both myself and my wife have consulted her. similar to the above, our experience has been tremendously good. ***** * ****** ** *** ***** *** ******** ******* ********* ** *** ******* we are glad to avail her services as it's very seldom that you come across such a doctor. thank you Dr Nikita for all your help in our medical journey here in India.

My visit to Dr Nikita was for my tooth pain, she explained the issue and advised for removal of tooth. Dr was available at the time I reached which was nice as there was no wait time and she explained the issue.

However few improvement I felt to be required:

1) I was charged Rs,100 for X-ray which has not been told to be before doing x-ray . I believe patient should be informed before of any extra charges apart from consultation fee which I paid Rs,300.

2) X-ray report has not provided to me which later I have asked for and still not received which shows lack of professionalism

3) Charges are high for the treatment advised compared to others I have enquired.

4) While explaining the issues it was not in too details to understand the root cause , ** *** **** ** *********

Overall it was ok and hope above suggestions do help for future.

Dr Nikita is an awesome dentist. She is really friendly and takes adequate time to listen to her patients. The best thing about her is that she is so calm and patient that it wasn't scary it get my dental treatment done from her(I have always been really scared of dental problems). She also explained me details about my problem which a lot of doctors avoid, so that helped me understand my problem better. I also found her to be very unbiased and practical ** *** ****** *** ** ** *** *** *********** *********** just exactly what was appropriate. Her clinic is extremely clean and her staff was also very welcoming. I have recommended her to my friends and family and they all have been really satisfied with her consultation and treatment

Let me start from the first visit, we asked her some questions with respect to how we will take the treatment forward and do we have any other alternatives. To which her response was really rude. Shes seemed to get irrirated with the questions and replied very unprofesionally. She is not at all patient friendly *** **** **** ** **** My wife told me not to proceed with her for the procedure but I took a call that ok may be we got her wrong giving her the benefit of doubt. But my wife was right. *** *** ******** **** **** *** ********* *** moresoever the atmosphere inside clinic was like a fish market. She does not respect time of her patients plus the price of treatment which she quoted me at beginning varied quite a bit and she kept on changing the fees and structure. When I raised that issue, she left my treatment in between and said she wont continue. She drilled my entire tooth for putting the crown and my gums were bleeding. But she dint bother and left the treatment as it is. Mine has been a horrible experience. Please think twice before proceeding with the treatment.

She is the most experienced doctor I have ever met. She does a wonderful job. She is extremely patient and understands the patients needs. Extremely friendly and respectful of the patients requirements. Follows up very well. Thank you so much Doctor! Keep the great work! :)

I recommended my friend to visit this place as she was having tooth ache .She was treated with much care and all the steps were explained to her beforehand to reduce her anxiety (first dentist visit ).I would surely recommend this doctor 👍🏻

Appointment system is brilliant and always very accommodating with times. The level of hygiene is also highly appreciated. Just have to say a very caring dentist who reassures the patients, gives excellent service and explains what they are doing at every step of the way. She is one of the fewest doctors in the city who would actually care for her patients. Not only does she give a great treatment, she also helps you understand what's good for your teeth and what things you should do to avoid dental problems.

Even in covid scenario, I didn't feel any safety concern in her chamber. I would recommend her to everyone.

It was my first visit for my mom. The dr is very nice. She herself called in morning and informed about her sudden changes in schedule but after listening to my problems she preponed my mom’s appointment and given her priority. It seems she can feel her pain and she postponed her hospital schedule and gave full focus on my mom and addressed her issues. She is a very good Counselor Her colleague Dr Namrata also is very nice . She did RTC very well and every moment she was ensuring that my mom should not feel any pain. Loved the hospitality and highly satisfied with the treatment and advice.

Highly Recommended! On my very first visit, the doctor took & interpreted the X-ray, diagnosed my dental problem thereafter explained and implemented treatment plans.

She gave explicit instructions for the making of dentures and supervised their fitting. She also demonstrated a special talent for working with the elderly patients in the practice calming their nerves and making them feel comfortable with their dentures. She was clear and precise when explaining the proper care of dentures and patiently answered all questions thoroughly.
