Book the appointment for my mother. She is a nice, well-spoken lady who listened to my mom patiently and formulated the diet and suggested lifestyle changes based on it. My mom has been clearly feeling better. She is having healthy bowel movements without the use of artificial laxatives, she is having very less episodes of acid reflux (which were very common earlier) and she has also post some healthy amount of weight!

I started my nutrition programme with Ananya in September 24. Since then, I have lost more than 7.5kgs with hypothyroidism and PCOS, moving me from obese to overweight BMI category. As of date, I’m still continuing to lose weight under the guidance of the programme until I reach my goal weight.
