Though I am usually terrified of doctors and even the tiniest medical procedure, Dr Ghosh, probably sensing my anxiety, started the session with a short chat which gradually veered towards my smoking habit and its inevitable effect on my oral and general health, before starting the day's work at hand. Calm, confident, careful and caring.... best describes him. Suggesting expensive procedures when not really essential and similar issues faced earlier do not find a place in his line of treatment - rather need based, practical and simple, are the keywords.

Last year my daughter while making a visit to kolkata went to her for correcting her damaged tooth. Today I have undergone the same treatment and I am totally satisfied with the result.

In my opinion and Doctor has to be friendly and should explain and share the problem with the patient. Dr T K Ghosh possesses all these apart from his treatment capabilities. At least 1 case I will never forget that, I didn't feel anything while a typical extraction of one of my wisdom teeth has been executed. His capability is similar to his behaviour.
